I am here to help you rewrite your story into something that is totally worth seeing what happens next.
I work with clients of all ages moving through this crazy thing that we call life. It is my priority to build a positive relationship with each client and create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your struggles so that I can help you create positive changes in your life. While my overall approach is client-centered, I often integrate other modalities into this approach, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Creative Expressive Therapy, Sandtray Therapy and Play Therapy.
It is important to me that each person who walks through my door feels like they are my highest priority in that moment. Therefore, my approach is different with each client as I understand that there is not one thing that works for everybody. I am dedicated to finding an approach that fits your needs in order to help you reach your goals and change your story into something that you are proud of.
