I work with adults, teens and children with a variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem and relationship issues.
I use a combination of modalities in individual, couples and group counseling- including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) -which builds skills to help us regulate and manage intense emotions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Creative Expressive Therapy- using pop culture, music and other expressive techniques, Sandtray Therapy and Play Therapy .
